CNTC Resolves to Uphold Rights of Indigenous Nagas

The Central Nagaland Tribes Council (CNTC) held its first executive council meeting at Hotel Cedar in Dimapur on May 29. The meeting was attended by CNTC executives, office bearers, and representatives from various Nagaland tribes and associations.The CNTC resolved to work together for the unity of the people of Nagaland and to stand firmly for the rights of the indigenous Nagas. They also vowed to protect Naga rights, promote development, fraternity, growth, and unity among all communities.The council congratulated the Nagaland Tribal Hohos Coordination Committee (NTHCC) on its formation and expressed hope that it would strengthen unity, cooperation, and the welfare of the indigenous Naga people.The CNTC team includes Vice Presidents Longshi Kikon and Temjennungsang Kichu, General Secretary Imliakum, and Information & Publicity Secretary Vikato I Chishi.
