Data study — based on 328 first-prize winning numbers recorded on this site across Nagaland, Sikkim and Manipur State Lottery draws between 8 May 2026 and 8 September 2026 (123 distinct draw dates, 1 PM/6 PM/8 PM slots).
Methodology
We pulled every 1st-prize winning number we've published in that window straight from our own results database — no external source, no cherry-picking. Each number is a 5-digit ticket number (e.g. "81D 99735"). We looked at which final digit and which first digit appeared most often, and how the digits of each number added up.

Digit-sum spread
Adding up all five digits of each number, most winning numbers land in the middle of the possible range rather than at the extremes:
- Digit sum 0–9: 5 numbers (1.5%)
- Digit sum 10–19: 102 numbers (31.1%)
- Digit sum 20–29: 172 numbers (52.4%)
- Digit sum 30+: 49 numbers (14.9%)
Just 4 of the 328 numbers (1.2%) were palindromes (read the same forwards and backwards), and not a single one repeated the same digit five times (like 33333).
What this actually means
Each Lottery Sambad draw is an independent random event — a number's history has no bearing on future draws. What this data shows is simply how the numbers that have already come up are distributed. Digit-ending frequencies here range from about 6% to 14% across ten possible digits (an even split would be 10% each), which is within the kind of spread you'd expect from a moderate sample size, not evidence of a bias. We'll keep updating this study as more draws are recorded.
