Academic Awards Conferred in Kohima on May 29

Kohima, May 29 - Several students and scholars received academic awards during the 56th annual seminar of Ura Academy in Kohima. The awards were given to recognize the students' academic achievements. Rokotsino Senotsu of Baptist Mission School received the Dr Neilhouzhii Kire Angami Award for securing the highest marks in Tenyidie in the HSLC examination. Keduoneinuo Evelyn of Don Bosco Higher Secondary School was conferred the Riizhukhrie Sekhose Award for obtaining the highest marks in Tenyidie in the HSSLC examination. Dziesekhrietuo Khezhie of Oriental College received the A Kevichusa Award for topping the BA Tenyidie Honours programme. Aleno Bio of Patkai Higher Secondary School was presented the Nini Vinguriaii Lungalung Award for securing the highest marks in music in HSSLC 2021. Additionally, a Certificate in Tenyidie was awarded to Kekhrielhoutuoii Kire. The awards ceremony took place on May 29 in Kohima. The Ura Academy's 56th annual seminar was the occasion for the awards.
